Emotional Release Bodywork

 

Recognises that emotions are stored not only in the mind, but in the body itself. Through mindful attention to breath, sensation, and physical holding patterns, this work supports the release of suppressed or unresolved emotions that may be contributing to stress, tension, or disconnection. As the body softens, greater emotional freedom, clarity, and vitality can emerge.

Core Energetics Body Psychotherapy

 

Explores how early life experiences shape the way we protect ourselves and relate to the world. By working with the body, emotions, and belief systems together, this approach helps uncover unconscious patterns and defences that may no longer serve you. Through increased awareness and embodied expression, clients are supported to reconnect with their authentic self, restore energy flow, and experience deeper emotional truth.

Mindfulness and Observation Therapy

 

Forms a foundational thread throughout my work. This modality supports you to develop awareness of your internal landscape — thoughts, emotions, sensations, and habitual responses — without judgment. Cultivating this capacity for mindful observation can create space for choice, self-compassion, and meaningful change, both within sessions and in everyday life.
